For over 50 years the Skoura-Varvitsa Brotherhood has maintained the bond that the Immigrating families from Greece brought across with them many years ago. Now the task of keeping this tradition alive falls on us, the second and third generation North American Greeks. Although we may be scattered across the world, the love of our culture is the tie that keeps us together. With increasingly hectic schedules and less time on our hands than ever before, it becomes more important than ever to keep up our traditions by teaching our children that what bonds our people together is the deep rooted love of family we all share and the wonderful history that was passed on to us.

I hope that this website compliments the efforts of our Executive by reaching a far greater number of people than ever before possible. Some of your comments in our Guest book as well as your direct correspondence with me is both encouraging and appreciated. I am thankful for all your positive suggestions. I will try to keep this site up whenever possible with the most current content that is available.
